Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
All Forcible Entry, Detainer and civil cases will be scheduled.
All pre-trials with attorneys shall be conducted by telephone conference.
All other criminal, traffic, and minor misdemeanor hearings will take place in court or by video when possible.
Urgent Notice
Until further notice visitors to the Fairborn Municipal Court having flu-like symptoms are urged to complete a motion to continue prior to your court date,
these can be faxed to 937-879-1735 or 937-879-4422.
In lieu of paying at the Court, payments are available on line or via phone for those payable offenses or monthly payments.

Probation hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Please contact your assigned officer at the number listed below. Due to
high volume calls, please permit 1 -3 business days before your call is returned. Probation Officers may return calls from a remote location using restricted
numbers. For calls that need immediate assistance and all other inquiries contact the main line at 937-754-3110 during operation hours.
Failure to stay in contact with your probation officer could result in a future probation violation or revocation.

COVID-19 NOTICE
Update: Fairborn Municipal Court Operating Plan throughout COVID-19 Pandemic:
Please see Fairborn Municipal Court's latest Administrative Order and Entry detailing the reintegration of cases on the docket found HERE.
Please read below to determine if you still need to come to court for your appearance:
- All arraignments for criminal and traffic cases, OVIs, Physical Control charges, felony offenses and violent offenses will be held as scheduled unless
otherwise determined by the court.
- Felony preliminary hearings will be held.
- Probation Violation hearings will be held.
- All arraignments for incarcerated individuals will be held via video.
- All Temporary Protection Order requests will be heard and TPOs served per current procedures.
- All pre-trials with attorneys will be conducted by telephone.
- All jury trials will be scheduled unless otherwise ordered by the Court
- All civil hearings, evictions and small claims hearings will be scheduled with the exceptions that pretrial
conferences with attorneys shall be held by telephone conference.
All notices of new court dates will be sent to the addresses the court has on file. Please be sure to update your address and phone number with the court if it
has recently changed.
The Court will be restricting entry to individuals who have business with the Court pending further order of the Court.
If you are required to appear as specified above and you are sick, are caring for someone who is ill, have had a fever or been around someone with a fever the
past 48 hours (without any medication reducing it), please call the Court before you appear at 937-754-3040 Option 3.

Home Relief Grant
Starting November, 2020, the state of Ohio, working with local Community Action Agencies, will help
eligible Ohioans who are behind on rent, mortgage, and water and/or sewer utility bills catch up on past payments back to April 1, 2020
and provide additional assistance through December 30, 2020.
Ohioans will be able to apply for assistance through their local Community Action Agency starting November 2, 2020.

The Fairborn Municipal Court serves the communities of Fairborn, Bath Township, Beavercreek and Beavercreek Township.
The court conducts preliminary hearings in felony cases, handles traffic and non-traffic misdemeanors, and civil cases where the money in dispute does not exceed
$15,000. The Greene County Common Pleas Court (Xenia) handles felony criminal cases.
The purpose of this website is to provide public access to case information maintained by the Clerk of the Fairborn Municipal Court.
Due to the applicable provisions of Ohio law regarding privacy and confidentiality, not all case information is available to the
public through this website.
Effective October 15, 2014

permitted in the building.
