Please note the following:

• When you efile, your motions are automatically processed. You will receive an electronic confirmation once the filing has been received by the Court.
• Do not include a cover page when efiling. The first page of your submission is what the system processes; adding a cover page causes an error.

If you submit motions by email or fax, please be aware that processing may take additional time. The Court receives over 45 emails and 50 faxes daily from defendants and insurance companies, and these are processed in the order received.

Please share this information with anyone on your staff who submits filings to our Court. If you do not see a form name listed, let me know and I will add it.

Filing Fees:

• Driving Privileges (Traffic Division): $25.00 — must be paid prior to efiling along with all required information.
• Sealings/Expungements: $100.00 — must be paid prior to efiling with all required information.
• Civil - Cost information is listed in the system.
